This piece of vintage is a puzzle- not sure if its antique Victorian or 1940s, but if it was on a big Victorian hat as an ornament or on a wide 1940s belt, it will look equally at home. The buckle measures a whopping 3" and has 6 emerald green plastic "stones".
In excellent condition for its age with normal scratches/wear.

This type of jewelry always makes me think of movies like “The Titanic”, “ Downton Abbey” and other Victorian and Edwardian productions.
