An exquisite Victorian ring, rich with beautiful, crisp detail. A heavily engraved 9ct rose gold navette is jauntily set with pearl and turquoise. Two rows of tiny Persian turquoises arc along the navette's outer edges. A flourish of three natural pearls is claw-set diagonally across its center. The shoulders of the ring are fluted and taper into a beautifully engraved band. The interior of the band is stamped with an anchor, similar to but not precisely the same as the hallmark for Birmingham. Influenced by Aesthetic Movement design principles, this is a charming and unusual piece of Victoriana. Circa 1880.

Details.....The ring is currently a size 6.5. The top of the ring measures 7mm by 16.2mm, the band tapers from 5.4mm to 2.3mm wide. In Excellent Antique Condition. You should always expect some wear on vintage and antique jewels, we consider it part of their charm.
